Fees and subsidy

Fee Information

Base fees are the daily school fees set by our yearly fee schedule. Non-base fees cover extras such as field trips, late pick-ups and returned payments. We are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care system, and the Region of Peel provides fee subsidy to eligible families.

The current fee schedule and closure days are a one-page PDF on our forms page, alongside the Parent Handbook.

The details

Payment, refunds and closures

Registration and payment

  • One month of school fees is due at registration, payable by e-transfer only. It is applied to the first month's fees.
  • Once the child care fee deposit is received and registration is complete, you receive an invitation to our Parent App.
  • Remaining fees are due monthly, one month in advance, and are collected through the Parent App.

Non-base fees

  • Field trips are charged per trip, with details sent home in advance.
  • A $50.00 fee applies to all returned (NSF) payments.
  • Late pick-ups are charged $1.00 for every 5 minutes after dismissal.

Refunds and withdrawal

  • Fees are refundable with one month's written notice. For example, notice given in December refunds payments dated January 1 onward.
  • As of August 1, September's fee is non-refundable.
  • No fees are refundable after March 1. Withdrawals after March 1 receive no refund for April, May or June.
  • Refunds are paid by cheque or e-transfer.

Unplanned closures

  • The school closes when Peel District School Board schools close for severe weather or other environmental conditions.
  • Fees for unplanned closures are not refunded.
  • Closure notices are posted in the Parent App newsfeed and sent by email. Local radio and television and the Peel District School Board website also carry closure announcements.
